Melissa Lebron, president and founder
Melissa Lebron, President of In Your Hands Foundation, has a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education from Kean University. Melissa is passionate about teaching and working with children who have disabilities. She started In Your Hands after seeing heartbreaking situations while volunteering and working with children, like when she volunteered in an orphanage for children with HIV/AIDS in Thailand. She is determined to be the change and make a difference through In Your Hands Foundation.

Martha lebron, Vice-President
Martha Lebron, vice-president of In Your Hands Foundation, Martha has a B.S. in Computer Science, and is also an active member of the Glen Gardner Woman’s Club a Non-profit organization where she resides. In her spare time Martha loves to bake and spend time with her family. Seeing her daughter’s strong devotion for helping Children, Martha decided to join efforts with her daughter and the rest of the board to embark together in this amazing experience.

Edda roa, SeCRETARY
Edda Roa, SECRETARY of In Your Hands Foundation, has a degree in Food Sciences from the University of Agro-Industrial Technology, Venezuela. Edda enjoys spending time with family and friends. She is very eager to help others whenever possible and is very happy to help out with In Your Hands Foundation because she knows she can benefit many people in need through the foundation.

Isabella Aguilar, Treasurer
Isabella Aguilar, Treasurer of In Your Hands Foundation. Isabella has a B.A. in Biological sciences, she currently works for
Hapag- lloyd, one of the biggest shipping companies in the world in the accounts payable department. Isabella loves spending time with her 6 year old daughter. Isabella is very excited to be volunteering HER time with In Your Hands Foundation and is motivated to make a difference. |
