In Your Hands School Desk project in Colombia

Back on July 6th, Isabella Aguilar, one of our members traveled to Colombia to donate 40 desks and school supplies to a school in need.  In your hands foundation together with family and friends donated the 40 desks and school kits to the 5th grade students of school "purificacion Trujillo" . 

The condition of the desks which some were 25 years old or older was terrible. 

The students expressed their gratitude with a series of events which included singing and dancing as well as with several posters full of kind words, but according to Isabella the big smiles of the children's face was more than enough to express their happiness and the immeasurable gratitude.
